Our Il Gusto del Paese Story
It all began with a passionate dream.
Susan Evans moved to Italy to convert a 17th century Umbrian farmhouse into what is now her featured Villa: Fondo le Teglie. Susan’s vision was to create “a place you can come home to in Italy.”
Villa Fondo le Teglie offers guests an ideal Italian vacation experience. This Italian villa is especially popular with food lovers and gourmet chefs featuring a dream kitchen, traditional grill area, outdoor pizza oven and even a seasonal orchard, herb and vegetable garden.
From the perfect location, full amenities and services, to the rosemary and lavender gardens, and sweeping views – Susan’s passion for her villa and Italy was sparked and has grown brighter ever since.
